Good question, most probably yes, that is probably when they will release the update.

Nobody knows, even Rockstar said they are unsure

They will tell us tomorrow i believe.

nobody knows yet smart thing to do though is to release it at different times for different parts of the world,the whole world all trying to sign in at once would end up crashing the servers just like it did with the ifruit app and bawsaq which happens 2-3 times a day

It will be midnight EST (east cost of America) as that is where Rockstar HQ is located
