I was playing GTA V yesterday and my xbox showed an e63 error and then turned off. It won't turn on anymore? It shows one light in the middle but it doesn't load the 4 ring of light lights. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have tried 3 different power bricks, and a new rl board.
NOTE: The disc drive still works and the rol lights will turn on if I press the sync button on the console itself.

Seems you have one of the errors not fully understood by anyone, sorry man. There were a couple of people who said that replacing the RF module worked for them but you said you already tried that.
I'd try a different HDMI/component cable if I were you, see if that fixes anything.
