Is this the best possible gaming pc for 1000Posted:

No offense that is a terrible build for 1000 dollars, why would you buy a graphics card that is half the cost of the machine itself. A good g-card for that pc would be like max 250$. Anything that you will use that graphics card for would be like video rendering, and the other specs would just be eaten up.

You have no idea what you're talking about. I wouldn't say this is the best for $1000, but it isn't bad. You may want something other than a stock cooler as well, like Hyper 212 Evo.

It all depends what you plan to do with it. You have a expensive eight core and a board i wouldn't use with it. Would you overclock with it too?

Gaming, Basic internet stuff etc and i might start up a youtube and record wehn playing games but just gaming really Depends maybe in the future

Thats a very capable build for under the budget. Haswell is much newer than Piledriver, which the FX8350 is so this would be more future proof.

I guess you could, but it is a bit of overkill seeing as a 7970 will play a lot of games on their highest settings.

Thanks just to clear up the amd 7990 is better than the gtx 780 yeh? oh and also could i max out bf4 etc with this build?
