What are your guys thoughts on the new Linux based Steam OS?
Do you think that the Steam Box is going to get released?

Yeah I am interested to see if this could be a console replacement if they don't release the Steam box.

The SteamOS is a good idea. One of the huge downsides of Linux is the lack of compatibility with games, and this will help.

However, the idea of a Steam Box is ridiculous to me. PCs change and evolve too quickly to make buying a piece of hardware that cant be upgraded viable.
