I not so long ago built my first computer, and now my dad wants me to build him one.

He will not be using it for gaming, just general use (stuff like internet and word etc)

What sort of parts would you guys recommend?

150GBP Budget

Already have a copy of windows as well btw

Seriously? That is hard.

You'll probably HAVE to go with second hand parts, as the price range will mean you;ll have to use old parts.

For general computing i'd recommend at LEAST an i3 3220, which is 95 on its own, and that's pretty minimalistic.

Why would you build a computer when your on that budget?

get a laptop.

APU(7480D/3Ghz Dual-Core)
4GB DDR3-1333 RAM
1TB HDD(Just because 120GB is only 2-3 quid cheaper)
and a cheap CD/DVD Drive
