You can get King Kong from the games marketplace for around 10GBP.

You only have to complete the campaign to unlock all 6 or so achievements, 1000G in a few hours.

Bioshock. Such a great game. I got all 1100 gamerscore in 4 days. But you could easily do it in a day or two.

Burnout Paradise has a lot of achievements which are easy to get.

Another game that is easy to get 1000G is Forza Horizon, which is also a good game after you have completed everything, especially if you have friends with the game too.
