i got it working for all those that cant get it working is if you make an oman english account it says that xbox isnt available in your country or something like that well what you have to do is sign in to a different account then sighn out so that the marketplace shows up then when it shows up go to whatever you want to download and then sign in to the oman english account and it will be free

Not working ATM. Changed to Austria. Made Oman acc online with outlook. Recovered Account. Went to batman. hovered over Joker. Signed into Oman account. Pressed a. $41 dollar download. :/

is it still working follewed the steps and cant get it. says im online but im not :/
