Being set on fire or being stabbed would be the two worst in my opinion. There are some other torture ways that would be worse, but you can just keep adding to those types of deaths. I almost drowned once which wasn't that bad. I was freaking out too bad to really grasp anything. Not sure about how it would be if you knew what was going on though. That may be pretty brutal.
