In my opinion, the worst way to die would to be attacked by a whole colony of wasps. I couldn't imagine how bad that would be.

In my opinion, that wouldn't be bad at all. You could get shot thousands of times, and gunshot wounds are way worse than wasp stings.
I think the worse way to die would be being imprisoned and tortured daily until you died of old age. You would have no hope, no chance of accomplishing anything, and no will power. Humans go crazy from their inability to make things change they way they want it to.
[EDIT] I would also like to add that you would be fed just enough to be alive, and you wouldn't be able to kill yourself or get anywhere; you'd be forced to live a full life with no possibility of doing anything else.

The 1000 cuts treatment sounds pretty horrific.
They basically would make small cuts all over your body until you bled to death.
Being burnt to death from the feet up sounds pretty bad too.

What a depressing topic.

I am really afraid of drowning. That's basically the worst way to die in my opinion.
