523 wrote Hey guys I just thought i would post a story of my weight loss from being "obese" to average. Im still working hard to be more fit but anyways on how I did it, I would hate myself, Look in the mirror wanting to kill myself in my head. I worked my ass off and ate way better. I was going to die my doctor said unless if i did anything about it. Basically what i'm trying to say is anything is possible if you set your mind to it. I was down the road to diabetes, Cancer and other stuff. I started playing basketball and running everyday and eating better then there was signs of me getting better then eventually I got to where I am today. What do you guys think about my old pic to my new one (I took last week).

You can do it. The reason you aren't is because you think you can't. Change your mindset, believe in yourself. As cliche as it sounds, it's true. Get up and feel good about who you are, change your eating habits, work out. Insipre yourself to inspire others.

OP: You should be extremely proud of yourself for this transformation. You worked hard and it shows. Congrats man.

I also lost a lot of weight one year ago. I was around 180 pounds and I finally had the courage to step up my game and to start losing the weight. I lost over 60 pounds over the summer of 2012. It felt great and it's been a year since I lost all of that weight and I wish to never fallow back into my old footsteps again.

I've never had a problem with weight but good for you. A lot of people now days aren't doing anything about it. Good to see that you took control of your life.

And for people that are too lazy to go for a run you could start in the kitchen. Just watch what you eat and start eating healthy and you'll be able to drop weight like that.
