UNC is an insane school but incredibly hard to get into if you're not instate. Like You have to have an insanely good profile if you're out of state. I would say though, UNC is the best overall out of all of those. My opinion of course. Next would be USC and then Oregon.

The best two academically out of the bunch are UNC and USC, but really it boils down to what you want to major in. USC may be a good school academically overall, but USC may not be ranked as high in your field.

Oregon and USC should be the only two schools you should consider. I would probably pick Oregon over USC because of their football history but USC has a great one as well. Really depends on if you want to be on a better football team or a better entertainment city.
