Any tips on how to get this to work for programs on my PC, is that possible?

I have been trying to run Age of Wonders III over my hotspot mobile connection but I keep failing to connect to the online servers and I have tried almost everything. I tried to modify this for my purposes but have had no success so far. I basically need to open port 14800. However I try to set it up it still fails.
