I'm getting bored of xbox 360 and ps4 and wanted to start pc gaming and making YouTube videos on pc but I don't know a lot about pc's or what I need I have a budget of 600-800 to build or buy a pc I'm not sure what is the best for a beginner anyone that can help would be much appreciated thanks

building one yourself is the best option this way you will learn quite a lot in the process of building it, this also works out cheaper and better than buying one when I built my first gaming pc it only came to like 200-300 pounds and it was great!

800 is good price to bulid a PC. For your Headset Keyboard and mouse go for razor products. They never let me down.
