Do the first two or three missions then have a look around, maybe customize a few vehicles.

Get a modded and be like spawm me the best offloading truck then spawn me a jet with neons and ill own that server

Looking at it I wouldn't know where to start. Until I really start playing the game. Although, I think I may see if I can find myself a Nice car or Buy one from saving up in game and then customizing it!

Stop at a red light and see if a stupid pedestrian driver will either be like GTA IV and hit me over and over while honking, or if they will pleasantly wait until the light turns green like a normal person, but hey its los santos.
