Fairly nice build. Hope to see some good overclocks!

What will you be using this for? I'm guessing editing/rendering/gaming?

10/10.

Motherboard seem a bit to much, a motherboard with 'all the bells and whistles' as Linus likes to put it, makes little to no difference when gaming compared to a lower end board(if that's what you plan on using this build for).

It's nice, but a bit overkill for gaming.

i7, 16GB RAM, Maximum IV Mobo, 750WATT PSU & Full ATX Case.

You could have saved a lot on them things.

What do suggest then? I'm always up for it.
