Insanitize wrote Snipers are usually the most tactical and skilled players. The ones who usually rush are the snipers. Quickscoping takes time to master and it's definitely something different then just running around drop shotting and trying your heart out. You say you run around using shot guns and SMGs. Those are overpowered weapons because it only takes around 3 shots to kill with an SMG and around 1-2 shots with a shotgun everytime. If you miss a quickscope, you're pretty much screwed.
OK 1. quickscoping does not take "skill" and you can't really be a "master" at it. it's nothing but lucky shots and auto-aim. 2. wait smgs and shotties op? so a cqb gun is op now compared to a weapon that wasn't even designed for cqb. how can a shotgun be op? i don't think you can take a buckshot to the chest 10 inches away and live (feels like this happens anyway).

I believe quickscoping is the most overused and cheap tactic in cod. i've seen my share of corner jumpers and people that drop shot. but those are tolerable. when i get quickscoped consistently in one game it pisses me off. it's so hard to kill these idiots they deck themselves out with Flak jacket, tact mask, and toughness. seriously the only way you could probably kill them is from behind but i'm sure you'd die because they would hear you with their turtle beaches or astros.

and on top of that they spawn off their tac and shoot you in the face and continue "feeding".

Shotguns are designed for CQB yes. But watch this and still tell me they aren't OP.

According to a video from Drift0r he said quickscoping is possible it's just a lot harder. I can see people quickscoping in ghosts. but i don't care about that game not buying it.

Personally I love to quickscope! I see no fun running around with other guns. If a sniper misses first shot 9/10 times they will die. There are ways to get around it like drop shots or jump shots. If that is to "tryhard" for you then it shouldn't bother you when you get quickscoped. They have perks to zoom in faster for a reason, but they also have a button to dropshot... So stop complaining and use better strategies or just plain and simple... GET BETTER
1. No fun in other guns? What? I see no fun in trying to "feed" and go 10-25. Just so you can upload a youtube clip of you getting some quad feed that no one cares about.

2. Quickscopers never miss their first shot.
3. Corner jumping and doing drop shots only solves it half the time.
4. There are no perks to zoom in faster. The SVU, XPR-50, and DSR have a 400MS aim time. The Ballista has a 350MS aim time. Gotta give Treyarch credit for catering the quickscopers. The button to dropshot confuses me are you talking about scuf controllers? If so i hope you never meet me on XBL i'll report you for that.

5. Lol OK better strategies right.. I can totally down a quickscoper that decks himself out with tac insert, tac mask, flak jacket, and toughness well most of the time i can kill them. those perks shouldn't be permitted to be used with snipers.

I hope you realise Scuf controllers are completely MLG and xbl legal. There are no rules against using them. I'm also pretty sure he's talking about tactical button layout...
Also I have a 1.6 K/D in blops 2 and a 2.7 in mw3, and I quickscope a majority of the time... Trust me, to get good feeds it does take skill, why don't you go out and try to get a quad feed, guarantee you can't. A lot of GOOD feeders don't go negative alot.
I don't think I've ever used toughness or tac mask. You are just refering to a stereotype.
However it is stupid that people stand there jumping off the map going for a 780375720 spin cross map YY noscope and end up going 1-27 or something.

Aren't they put in a game to be used? What is you need to reload, or run out of ammo, do I have to keep my primary out and run around and knife or something?

I still remember when quickscoping wasnt about getting clips and sh*t i remember when it was a thing like you either pull out your pistol or use instincts and quickscope now its just gotten way to blown out of proportion.
Like DTreats once said -Many can quickscope, few can snipe

I like how you don't even give a "Yes" option in the poll, as if you think everyone here will agree with your opinion.

Osbourne wrote I don't quickscope, or at least, anymore. I'm sure everyone have done it once or twice, and you're not an exception.

Snipers are supposed to powerful weapons, one shot kill from a great distance. How you use it, I think is the player's choice, if he wants to quickscope, then be it, if you think it's annoying, try ignore it, leave the lobby, try harder or something, it's up to you, not to the player who quickscopes because that's his choice of playing the game.

I think most of us agreed with you, even though you're signature made everyone like 'watdafuqq'

Mlg doesn't mean that it's legal. using any type of modified controller or xbox etc is against the TOS. MLG doesn't mean sh*t. As for the ksg vid that's just the ksg. It's inconsistent but the range makes up for it i guess. i never really complained about the ksg you must suck.
