Basically, last week i got an upgrade on my internet and i was promised up to 76mb/s but with my regular internet i was topping 1.2mb/s on steam and with this new fiber optic im only getting 1mb... what the hell is wrong with it, it got slower but im paying more for speeds that i am not getting, here is the set up i currently have the hub in:

i would appreciate all comments because this isnt acceptable, i was getting 6-7 mb/s 2 days ago.

Okay, go into your routers' settings by typing in your Default Gateway into your browser.

Then go into your Wireless settings and click Channels.

Then under Wireless Mode, what does it say?

Your download is 75 mega bits, and your download would be 9ish mega bytes, but you are wirless so your download is limited

Or your wireless doesn't support downloads greater than 1MB. Try using an ethernet cable and connect manually to the router then check your speeds.

ExtraCopy wrote how do i find the default gateway?

Go to your start menu, type CMD and run it as Admin.

Then type IPCONFIG in the new window that pops up
