Looks to me like you just picked the most expensive things you could find.

This PC will be overkill for what you're planning on doing. Take out the SLI cards and get a 7990. That 3930k really isn't needed, you could just go with a 4770k. 64GB of RAM is just madness. 32 would be more than enough.

But if you have the money then go for it.

Dont get windows 8. windows 8 is terrible for a pc. its made for tablets and laptops.
Also i thought you could only have up to 32 gbs on a motherboard last time i checked. they might have let them go up to 64 gbs

More opinionated people. Great.

Tell me if you see a difference between Win 7 and 8 here:

OP: Link me to an example of your 3D rendering so I can see if it's worth splashing out on a 2k computer.

That motherboard supports up to 64GB.

Unless you plan on using a RAMDisk for games, go for less ram, 16GB is more than enough.

Windows 8: I'd keep it in, It's cheaper & will have more support.

Graphics Cards: You don't need Dual-SLI 770s, get a 7990 or even a 780/770 should be good( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] )

Maybe with the money you save from the RAM/GFX Card(maybe) you could throw in an SSD.
