To everyone who is getting scammed, there are a few reasons reasons why you get scammed.
1. you don't know what a challenge lobby looks like. If it's not an all client menu, nowadays it's probably fake. All Client means that everyone CAN have the menu. However it does not mean that everyone will get to use the menu. Sometimes these have verification systems, but in this case they will be selling verification. This is in the hosters favor so that you only get the challenge lobby if YOU pay, not some random. This is also more profitable. (I know it's against the rules to charge for lobbies on TTG, however no one cares, and people still do it). If it has a checkerboard, it's most likely fake. P.S. infectable mod menus don't exist on TU8, they haven't since TU6, and never will again.
2. you don't know what good proof is. If the host is able to change their gamertag to whatever you ask them to, in whatever color (red, green, yellow, blue, light blue, pink, black) you ask them to, they are LEGIT. This tells you that their RGH/JTAG is online. Refusal to do this = FAKE. (Unless of course they don't have a pc). (n this case just ask them to show you super jump, also only possible with RGH/JTAG online). It's extremely easy to change your gamertag like this, if your RGH/JTAG is truely online. Just because they can host a modded lobby, does not mean they can host a challenge lobby. P.S. If a hoster is hosting for microsoft points, they are also most likely FAKE. A legit online hoster will only need short live trials (if that), and paypal money.
Hopefully, you can tell a hoster from a scammer now. Please remember that LEGIT hosters are out there getting console banned for YOU (Myself included, I have been console banned 7 times, 6 on my RGH, once on my retail). They have to pay to unconsole ban their RGH/JTAG by purchasing a new KV. Please don't be a leech and ask for free. It's a stab in the back, I don't care how many times you supposively got scammed. A LEGIT hoster should not have to take the fall for a scammer. We are better than that, so show some respect. I made this post to inform this community, hopefully to decrease people getting scammed. PUT THIS THREAD TO GOOD USE!!!

I never change my GT and I'm not fake? I'm sorry but are you really saying the use of a XRPC tool through SDK is easy? There is a required PC .NET and required plugins and downloads.

It's fairly simple to put a plugin on dashlaunch, open an XRPC program, such as Sharks name changer, type your xbox's ip, and type your gamertag. Not saying you are fake, but it is VERY easy to do this.

Oh, you mean you have a mac? Well, either way, if you have an RGH/JTAG online, you shouldn't have too much trouble proving you're legit lol. Just turn on super jump. I'll add that to good proof lol, sorry
