How are they able to host! I see them in there hosting but I'm wondering how is it possible with the updat and all

I don't think anyone is hosting right now they are just people who have forgot to change the status of their topic or just are not legit.

I agree with slapshot, i don't think there will be any people hosting for a few days/weeks yet.
