No one has the game so no one can upload gameplay yet.

No one has the game, look it up from rockstar on youtube.

if they did upload it they would have some problems with the police its a crime to release gameplay before the game come out.

People do have it, it was leaked on PSN in europe and then people cracked it.

People can play it, else Rockstar wouldn't be able to do teasers with atual in game gameplay they filmed.

It's just a matter of getting it. As for the freemode, that is not released. You have to wait, even after GTA comes out. Until october first for them to open the servers up.

When I said freemode I meant singleplayer freeroam as in not doing missions, getting wanted stars etc.

Oooh, yeah. That is possible. You just have to find someone willing to put up illegal gameplay on youtube, lol. It's like they said above, it's not legal to have the game early and be playing it(Because it's a torrent,) so if someone did do that they could be easily tracked down through youtube and caught. *Shrug.* You can wait out the next few weeks, you'll be alright.
