this is legit, this has happened to one of my old profiles... it was a horrible glitch, people are like yay unlimited points, no it doesnt work like that -_- on xbox your points will be reverted to a negative number, making it where you cant buy anything and you will get a error status code when you try to buy anything... there was no fix around this so i made a new acc... microsoft didnt even help me,, and i showed them... bud i wish you luck also do not add points to your acc!!! it will make it more negative

It's not fake. This happened to me before. You can't buy anything though.

Instead of using inspect element on chrome, if you wanted to prove that this is real you would've used another browser or actual xbox footage.
