im a newer jtag user and want to have some questions ready to verify when i get my jtag it will be working properly and i will not be scammed also what are my options in the case he doesnt send the product on paypal?

Well if you were buying from a Trusted Seller or someone from the Marketplace you shouldn't worry to much. People that sell JTAGS on TTG rarely scam. But, just incase you don't feel safe. I would just ask what the motherboard is, ask him to boot it for you(just incase he tries selling you a RROD console) Also, if he ever did scam you , you can get your money back hopefully by disputing a transaction. Hope I helped
