There should just be a wanted list that can either cause your name to go to the top or to the bottom for people and police to kill

and GTA as well as other games eventually give up on bans/suspension because of the time it takes up when they have to use that time for progress on their next games...

who knows when but there will be modders here and there when they will overrun everything will be a lot later on most likely if they keep up on them..

(Edit: Also BO1 didnt prevent any modders that was Microsoft by shutting Jtags/RGH's offline)

Black ops did prevent modders. You could not iso mod at all. Also do you think banning people of a games server is just hovering over someones name then clicking "ban" After sometime on black ops 1 anyone with a modified gpd file on that game would be insta banned in 5 mins. Yes over time modding will take over because time devs will move onto a new game. Modding is not a gamestyle it is cheating so is boosting. Rockstar never ban people who just go on a rampage because that is not cheating.

There probably will be yes, but with R* new cheater pool we won't come across them, thankfully. I have nothing against modders but can't stand playing against them.

Just so you all know what the cheaters pool is here is the FAQ from rockstars website. This was what was used in max payne 3 so it will prob be the same as GTAV.

GTA 5 will have a cheaters pool. So yeaa

There bringing in a seccond server they said awhile back called the cheaters pool where anyone who get caught modding/cheating gets put in there, Not sure if they still have this idea or not, They also said that there is no point in banning them because they will just come back, I hope that the game dose't get modded & if it dose people don't find ways to just burn & blow people up at random & freeze people

GTA V will not be modded anytime soon.

There will most likely be modders as they rule every game now. Just go into a private match and play with friends.

GTA V Will have a similar security system to Max Payne 3 which has not been modded as far as i know. If any modders do find a way to mod the game it will be patched almost instantly and the user possibly banned from R* Servers, A couple or years down the line R* may be bored and may less attention to GTA V but patches will continue to be released. I think they have learned from GTA IV
