Hi everybody. I just watched the GTA V online new trailer for the hundredth time. I have alot of points I would like to share. I Have a decent YouTube channel with 1200 subs but I'm unsure if I can make a video on the trailer if I have it playing in the background. Is this a copyright infringement will I get a strike on my channel and ruin my chances of a partnership?? Plus I would also like to hear what you guys have to say about GTA V Online. If anyone wants me convey any of there points on a video post them below with a name you would like me to credit you with and I'll pick the best ones. If its like a review/analysis video you should be fine but just but something like Rockstar own all rights ect...

I wouldn't risk it, you might have to have permission to post it up, i know you get a strike for posting Gameplay before the game comes out but idk about a trailer,



your best bet is to PM other youtubers that have it on their channel and see what they say about having it up, thats what i would do


Also i heard from a friend that its only coming out for 360 and not next gens or PC so we will have to wait and see Game LOOKS GREAT, but i personally dont thing anything can be GTA: SA
