How I Met Your Mother for sure. While TBBT may be the slightly "funnier" show, HIMYM is a better show, with better characters, story, and polish. I can't comment on That's 70's Show, considering I haven't watched it.

I personally hate that 70's show. I do enjoy How I met your mother though.

the funniest comedy tv series is Two And A Half Men (the episodes with charlie sheen, its not funny with ashton kutcher) the big bang theory and how i met your mother arent funny tbh and i havent watched much of that 70's show
and of course family guy ;) american dad and the simpsons are ok (dont really like south park and the cleveland show is awful.. seth is just trying to make as much money as he can making a third show)
