You can do it but its best done with a hot air or rework station but can be done with an iron with alot of patience.
if all you have is a soldering iron just take some desolder braid and absorb as much solder as you can on the pins and anchors, try to get all of it. Once you have most of it absorbed just pry on it to lift it up and off of the board. Be very careful going this route though because getting off the port off board can be difficult and you could damage other components on the board. Also I havent been able to find a supplier for the ports so you might have to take one off of another motherboard.
