I'm trying to do the free one month promotion but every time I try to confirm it it says "Sorry, we couldn't get authorization for this. Use a different or new way to pay, or check that your billing address is correct. If you have more questions, your financial institution is the one to ask. Status code: 0x80190821." I've done this promotion a few times and have never had this problem before. I've been trying every few hours and it still says the same thing. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know how to fix it?

My friend had this happen when he tried to buy Microsoft points. Only thing I could recommend is to call Microsoft and ask them. Who knows, they're probably updating the purchase and billing part of their servers...

If you are using the BAncore credit card all you have to do is wait. I tried to do it at night and it wouldn't work and the next morning I tried it , it worked. Idk why but it did so just wait till morning and try it.

no I'm using my own card. I did this many times and never had this problem. I guess I'll just wait until tomorrow and see if it works.

I had the same problem make sure your billing information is correct because my phone number was wrong so that error was coming up all the time. Just check every thing.

your account is locked, i talked to support today they told me to post in there forums , and said they will try to get every bodies account unlocked
