Hey guys I'm about to purchase the parts for my pc and don't know wich Graphics card to get. Friends are telling me to buy the GTX Titan others saying not to. So of any one with good knowledge could help me choose I would appreciate it

Well if you have that kind of budget, why not get the hd 7990. It's the fastest, best performing card on the market to date for cheaper or around the same price. Do you have an exact budget? What is the currency you use?

EDIT: No need as I've posted a build for you on your last post. I say go for the Powercolor HD 7990.

The 780 performs nearly as well as the Titan for hundreds of dollars less. The Titan is only a reasonable buy if you'll be using it in SLI and three or more >1080p displays for gaming.

The Titan is very overpriced. A 780 gives only around 10% less performance for around 60% of the price. They 7990 is also quite a bit more powerful and is only a bit more than the 780, and is much less than the Titan.

The Titan is only a good choice if you plan on running tri/quad SLI.
