nope you can only do it by recovering your account witch i wouldn't really trust anyone doing it i will do it if you would like but its up to you

Like everyone has said you need your account recovered but I would only trust someone with high rep!

I wouldn't even then, make sure they provide proof and have good vouches.

Yeah you have to recover the account or you can mod it yourself with a USB on horizon
