my budget was about $700, i spent more then what i wanted to and didnt have enought for the OS. i just need something to use until i get the OS

You can do it completely legally through the use of digital river windows 7. These are official download links for windows 7. 7 will be running in a free trial for 120 days. If you don't want to deal with a trial, you'll have to install a slightly illegal windows 7 bootloader, which I am not inclined (nor will anyone else) to link you to.

i dont have the trial and my new built pc doesnt have any OS on it, how would i be able to get one until i get the disc of Windows 7? like how would i go about doing it

When you buy a new computer I thought you get an option of getting windows 7 or windows 8 starter edition? But I may be wrong!.!.!
