***ALWAYS CHECK THE MOBO OVER BEFORE REMOVING FROM CONSOLE OR REFLOWING LOOK IT OVER GOOD TO CHECK FOR MISSING COMPONETS BLOWN CAPS ANYTHING UNUSUAL***

Parts Needed
Artic Silver 5 Thermal Paste(Radio Shack,Ebay)
Artic Clean Cleaner and Purifier(Radio Shack , Ebay)
NO CLEAN FLUX(Ebay)
Eye Dropper(walmart,ebay usually comes with the No Clean Flux when bought off Ebay)
Paint Mask so you don't have to breath the fumes



1. Flush under chips you need to reflow (ie GPU/CPU/HANA/Southbridge/RAM) with Isopropyl Alcohol. Leave to evapourate for an hour or so.
2. Flush under chips with liquid no clean flux (if you don't have a bottle, use a flux pen). The flux should run out fom under the chips - make sure all the underside has been covered, wipe away excess. Leave to dry for an hour or so.
3. Use M5 bolts + at least 5 washers through the heatsink holes on mobo, bolt down (not too tight). Isolate caps/plastics with masking tape over components, then isolate reflow areas with aluminium tape with foil.
4. Pre heat griddle.
5. Place mobo on griddle (the bolts should give you at least 1cm clearence) for 5 minutes.
6. Keeping the heatgun at least 15cm from mobo, heatgun using circular motions so as not in one place for any lenght of time, for 30 seconds @ 250-300C.
7. After the above, ramp up heat to 500C and repeat above FOR ONLY 15 seconds.
8. Turn off griddle with mobo still on. leave to cool for at least 30 minutes.
9. Reapply thermal paste/x-clamps and you should be good to go

Heat Gun adjustable from 200 degrees to 750degrees

4-8 10-32x 1.2 long flat head stainless screws (To support the Mobo above the griddle)

Average Time to Complete: 45mins - 1 hour This includes disassembly of the xbox and back together. with 20min cool down time.


Notes:
Make sure your not near anything Flameable and Please note the heat gun is not a toy and becareful when placing it or setting it down somewhere can cause things to catch on fire or melt things while it is still hot, After using it, and the griddle will remain very hot.

Do Not move the board after it has heated. Might knock off small components or damage the board if you move it.
Make sure your in good ventilation, meaning some where open and would suggest using a painters mask to keep fumes away from inhailing.

Download the right nand for your board and follow the tut

Download the nand for your motherboard then download bincrypt2.
Extract both the nand and the bincrypt to the desktop.

Heres what you need to do to get the image to work on your jtag


* Download the nand for your motherboard the download bincrypt2.
Extract both the nand and the bincrypt to the desktop.


Open bincrypt2 and enter the cpu key for ur board then do this! CHECK RAW FLASHBIN ,CHECK ENCRYPT CHECK KEYVAULT, check replace. THEN CLICK PROCESS.


Now IT WILL AS YOU FOR THE DONOR NAND Open THE DONOR nand For Ur Board like for example: Falcon


Now Open Your Own Kv Or The Donor Kv Supplied In the BINCRYPT RAR FILE And Click Open and HECK RAW FLASHBIN ,CHECK ENCRYPT CHECK KEYVAULT, check replace it will then tell you operation successful click ok. now
build a new nand with jrunner and flash it to your console via xell, nandx , jrprogrammer. when flash is done unplug power from motherboad for 1 minute then power it on should see creen lights and logo!!
