Hey when i go online on psn it doesnt show my friends what happend?

This used to happen to me all the time. Here is what you do:

1.) Sign out
2.)Turn off your PS3 . Then unplug the cord.
3.)Unplug your router for at least 1 minute.
4.)Plug everything back in and you should be set to go.

If this continues to happen after these steps have been taken, call Sony and ask them for Customer support .
