Are there actually any "working" Clash of Clans hack or are they all that fake survery stuff. Like unlimited coins, Gems, Etc?

No, since it's an online game and it's on a client server it is basically impossible to hack.

False, The Simpsons Tapped out is an Online game and a Client Server and that is easily hacked. Clash of Clans cant be hacked because the Company that made it cant be easily hacked. I cant think of the name of the company at this moment but its because of them. I have a Ipad which is Jailbroken and I run a Cydia app called IOSMods there is a "hack" on there but its not Tweaked good enough.

It is Server side so you cant hack it.

The owners of CoC are SuperCel.
The game is un hackable because of the check that it does. And it's server sided.
TSTO has less security that CoC. Also IOSMods doesn't work on CoC, free gems will never ever be possible, because of the server checks.

Hawks, stop telling lies. I would love to see proof, and you can't hack it. TH 10 and everything maxed out level 32 is impossible. You can gem but you won't be level 32.

Nowhere in my message did I say you can get "free gems". Please locate it for me. I said they have hacks out. Never have I said for gems. There is more than gem hacks. So read before you write
