Its the internet there will always be immature/childish people. Se7ensins has them too along with every website.

But yeah i know what you mean.. this website can have some annoying members, that's why I've been inactive for quite awhile.

Starks wrote I guess you have to remember, the majority of this website is based upon video games (as well as technology), and I think the majority who play video games are mid-teens. So this website does cater to quite a young audience.

My best advice would be to associate yourself with the members you get on well with, and avoid those who set out to flame and annoy.

Yeah well of course, this is a site that caters to a younger audience. I just felt as if some of the stuff I see on this site could be lessened though certain ways and such for lack of a better explanation.

Some of the younger people I see on here seem to do things that are either aganist the rules or are borderline that don't get any type of punishment and it's just I feel like more action can be taken to things I see around here. It's not just being childish even though that's a thing I see a lot, there is a whole lot of factors to a lot of the things I see around TTG that is more prominent than other forum sites that I have been on.

Yes I know, I am a member on Se7ensins as well and I see immature people on there as well but I feel as if it's not as prominent as TTG and the staff there has made themselves more known in many factors that come to certain things that I see a lot on here. In general I have had a bit of a better experince over at S7 than here. I'm not trying to get on TTG for that because it just happened to be the audience they ended up capturing and such and I still feel as if TTG is a good site, if it wasn't for that fact I would probably stop coming here altogether but I feel as if the staff is stricter/enforces there rules better over there than here in my opinion.

Of course, I would never expect that after years of being on the internet :3 I was just saying that in some areas with some of the stuff happening on here it could be easily fixed if some things changed on here and/or if more staff was around.

The reason for that is because this forum, unlike so many other gaming forums is targeted for 12-15+ year olds. This is different from forums such as NeoGAF which are targeted towards older gamers, such as those in their 20s and 30s. You want to get rid of this problem? The little kids on TTG need to go away. However, these little kids make up such a huge percentage of TTG's userbase that the site would be much less active without them. Also, a sizable portion of people who came onto this site and are now very active were once those little kids. I agree with all of your suggestions, but in the end, the nature of the site (hacking, modding, COD lobbies, etc) dictates the type of people that are going to come on this site. For that reason, this site will never be like sites like NeoGAF, MLG Forums, GiantBomb, etc. It simply can't, no matter how many new moderators the site hires, and a person who comes on this site simply has to accept that.
