is there any way to get a modded gun with no level restriction, so any level could use it. i need some really good guns 4 my brother (he just got the game). thanks

The lower the level the lower the damage, but you can make guns(modded or not)any level you want.

Yes just change the level. It will be really weak compared to the original but if it's rare it will be powerful for his level.

Best thing too do is play the game and find a few legendaries once you do this your hooked...HELL last nite I was playing and first three people I got legendary drops out of... I got hornet from -knuckledragger and got a lobbed and sticky bonus package from boom and bewm!
