I worked all day to build this world so you all better come play or else. But my village is in the corner of the map on the shore so it's interesting. Houses on the immediate shore cost more than others. Shops already built cost more. And if you take a loan out of the bank you have 14 game sessions to pay it back.
THIS WILL BE HOSTED ON EASY.


Rules:

    1. No griefing.
    2. Don't ruin the landscape.
    3. $100 to own a home protection permit. (If somebody comes on you're property WITHOUT your permission you may kill them.)
    4. No killing police.
    5. If I ask you to rebuild your house/store because I don't like the look of it, I will compensate you.
    6. Free bank accounts available to everybody.
    7. Loans available from bank. (Owe 130% of loan.)
    8. Police get recruited. You don't ask to be one.
    9. Must have a mic. Don't be loud, play music through it, etc.
    10. Must be in party chat. If you are in party chat and not in the game you will be kicked. If you are in the game and not in party chat you will be kicked.
    11. See me (Value Pack) for a starter pack.
    12. No building outside of town.
    13. No loitering in the bank.
    14. Don't insult other players.
    15. No killing! No exceptions!
    16. No creating gangs in order to rob, kill, grief, etc.
    17. Police may enter your property with reasonable suspicion that you broke a rule.
    18. Cannot claim mines, ravines, mineshafts, etc.
    19. You must have a job approved by host.
    20. You can have 2 jobs MAX.
    21. Report any griefers, hobos, gangs, bullies, etc.
    22. Cannot build without land permit. (A.K.A. buying your land.)
    23. If you die, that's to bad.
    24. You can sell your product to anybody.
    25. You set your own prices.
    26. You don't need to hire a builder but it's recommended. The lots of land are shaped awkwardly.
    27. Be mature and have fun.

    RULES CAN BE ALTERED/CHANGED WHENEVER. KEEP YOURSELF UPDATED.
