The beginning of july I maxed 205. I set a goal of hitting 225 (2 plates) and just hit it today.

I'm a freshmen, I'm 14 and my body weight ranges from 150-160.

Time to start working to 250 by the end of August!

You know since I'm basically nothing but bone, I can barely lift the bar with 5's on each side.

I'm 17 :suicide:

You can easily change that when you start to workout and train seriously!

Straight up, just start getting a schedule going and don't quit.
Stay dedicated and watch the improvement.

OT: Congratulations man, keep pushing yourself!
I'm impressed by your age and weight how much you lift.
Of curiosity, how much do you squat and what's your max for inclined military dumbell presses?

Squat - 315. That was my max out in April I believe, I haven't maxed out in a while but I've been training legs hard. I'm thinking about posting videos on what I do for some of the younger guys to get motavation. Sorry for the late response by the way!

No worries bro. And that's crazy for someone your age.
You play any sports, or is weightlifting your thing?
