Would these specs be able to run quite alot of the modern games?

Processor AMD Athlon II X2 215 Processor
- 2.7 GHz
- 2 GHz HT
- 1 MB cache
Operating System Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
RAM - 2GB installed DDR3 RAM
- Supports up to 4GB maximum RAM

I didnt ask for how many it could run at once i asked if it could run most games once at a time.

This one is ok, 4GB RAM is enough in my opinion.
