They do exist only a few people do them so be careful and be thorough before you trust someone because the only way to get unlock all max prestige is through a recovery i've seen people who do them on different sites i'm not sure if the is one on here check out the Modded Lobbies of CoD and look for a stickied topic that has good vouches/reviews/proof
