Put the patch_mp.ff on USB copy it to your cod 4 folder and then launch the default_mp.xex

Oke that dont work i dont know wy

move the right default_mp.xex and patch to the same folder as cod 4 run the xex boom your done
edit you also need the right title update for it to work

I dont have a cache folder a just copy my Cod4 disk to my Cod4 folder i only have highmip

I am pretty sure your disk is scratched so therefor it could not extract the files from the disk you might need to get the game online *cough* torrent *cough* and extract the files using xbox backup creator then FTP the files to your RGH/Jtag.

Tried adding you on skype but that skype doesn't exist..
