you have to have the XRPC.xex in plugin and the game on the update it is for

Go to dashlaunch and set plugin one as XBDM then plug in 2 as XRPC .xex then save then load then reboot jtag

and like rgh said you must have net framework 4.5 or over to run anytype of xrpc

Its not that dude its the fact that the program alone wont even open i going to shut off my computer and restart it to see if that helps

Me and DArK was talking about this problem last night bro we not sure why but for some window owners the tool do not open.But im sure DArK will fix this soon enough

Works perfectly fine for me. Try these things to help resolve the issue...

- Install the old .NET frameworks

- Run the program as Admin

Same prob here. I tried Dark's suggestions to resolve the issue but the program still wont run

You could try using compatibility mode.
>Right click
>Properties
>Compatibility
>Check the 'Run This Program In Compatibility mode'
>Select one from the drop down(Service Pack 3 Should be fine).
