Yeah, it isn't too bad. The HDD is very small to modern standards, but if you're just trying to skimp money as much as possible, then it'll work. The components you have would suggest you're planning on making a gaming computer, in which case I'd recommend you consider a larger HDD. Also, for AMD computers, I enjoy having a 990FX Northbridge chipset, but that is just personal preference.
EDIT: you're also overpaying for your HDD by an extreme amount. You can get 1TB for $65

I take it you aren't building it yourself, which for a system like that you really want to know what you're putting in there.

Motherboard i'd be concerned about if it was me, Biostar are okay, but i'm surprised they market that board for 125w TDP processors (a lot of the FX Series). And i definatly wouldn't suggest it for overclocking at all, you get what you pay for with motherboards to a certain extent.

As the above poster said the storage is a little low, but the graphics and power supply will suffice if they don't rip you off and give you a crappy PSU with the system.

As for the different chipsets, from what i understand the higher the chipset doesn't mean its a better board. It just relates to the fact that if you were paying for a overclocking board you'd want the 990FX chipset for the money you'd pay for a 100 dollar+ board.
