at the moment no one can really say chief is the best rapper because he hasn't produced or sold enough records and has only been active since 2011, but i do think keef has a bright future in rap.

and to be honest i've never heard of ballout.

Kendrick Lamar should be on that list Good Kid M.A.A.D City got really good reviews and also had alot of good rap. No offence but Eminem is probably one of the worst rappers ever. He raps about killing others, drug addiction, killing cops (cop killer) constant swearing, (because he can't think of anything else), and his newer stuff is terrible. Just my opinion. CunninLynguists should also be on that list they are very good.

I know what your saying about Lamar he is definatley the one if the best up-coming rappers, but like chief keef, he hasn't been in the industry long enough to be placed on a list like this,

none taken, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Here's mine, Eminem's unique style of rapping (such as murder,raping girls,drugs etc...) is what has made the most successful artist of the 2000s decade, and the most successful rap artist of all time. And in my opinion his new music is amazing, i think his next album will be unreal.
