SO is the E-XBLS been disabled? because on a other site it says it has? will it be back up ??

No there was a post about it being down by SkyNet. They are shutting down the servers because of XBLS' annoyance. But XBLS is always a good service to rely on in the first place. Go ahead and save up for XBLS because E-XBLS is history.

The old server is down!! Sorry for all of you that don't have the new files...But the new server is up as of 12:30 AM July 25, 2013.

It seems a lot of people here on TTG are really gullible thinking new files are out, when I see it i'll believe it! the current server works you just have to be lucky.
