Basically, does anyone know how to get the map pack with ascension in for free without liscense transfer and jtag?
You used to be able to download all the map packs in parts but i can't find any of the downloads?
Anyone?

You were never able to download the parts for it, you don't have the license for it on your system.

You can't. If you were able to you'd be banned for marketplace theft anyway.

I did it for the Rezurrection map pack and it still works?
