I've been playing for years to the point that I actually bought a real guitar [Dean VMNT Floyd] and as much as I played the game it never really got boring for me due to the fact that it's hard to trash talk on a music game and I really hate playing game where all I hear is random kids trash talking for no reason.

Indeed, but it's a pretty big shame that Activision had to shut down Guitar Hero. I would have really enjoyed any more future Guitar Heroes.

I honestly think that Activision should have kept making Guitar Heroes because the games themselves have done pretty well and were and some still are a lot of fun (When I created this Topic about Guitar Hero I was playing the game before posting this).

It's difficult for me to continue playing because I cannot find a new guitar that is a reasonable price when my current one will eventually break and this one has lasted longer than all of my others actually have so far. Although on Ps3 I think it is cheaper and they still sell new guitars for it so I might have to buy a Ps3 if I want to continue.
