Like a computer I would let my little sister play games on and not have to worry about getting it virused.

But should I use it along with a graphics card, wireless card, a 500GB HDD, Intel i3, 4Gb Ram, And 2 DVD Drives, And Windows Vista. Or Should I just scrap it for gold?

Well if you're asking whether you can use it without getting virused anything will be attacked eventually unless you have anti-malware in place to prevent it. If you think you can sell it, nothing stopping you ebaying it.

No, it wouldn't be worth it. Even if you were capable of doing that it would be a miniscule amount or we'd all be doing it.

Viruses won't destroy your hardware because that does nothing for the creator of the virus. You can create an account for her without administrative privileges.

There is also no i3 that would be compatible with that motherboard because that socket is not 1156, 1155, or 1150.
