No i do not hear anything......

Do you have red rings at all? It is OBV not a graphical issue then, if you hear no audio.

No there are no red rings and also it wont sync my controller neither..

Do the rings light up normally like a normal xbox would when you turn it on? all 4 of them blink and spin?

yes that would fix your problem, and I myself don't re-flash RGH's/Jtag's, but if you head on over to the Jtag Marketplace section, I'm sure if you PM one of the stickied, trusted sellers over there, they will be able to fix your Jtag and get it back to you ASAP, ready for lobbies again.

yes that would fix your problem, and I myself don't re-flash RGH's/Jtag's, but if you head on over to the Jtag Marketplace section, I'm sure if you PM one of the stickied, trusted sellers over there, they will be able to fix your Jtag and get it back to you ASAP, ready for lobbies again.

most likely needs to be reflashed...

it also seems to be acting like my old xenon, my xenon would do the same thing, except maybe 5-10 mins after not showing up on screen it would have 2-3 red rings meaning heating error, and thats a easy fix with some thermal paste, but your problem mostly seems to be a re flash, i dont see why that would be the problem if you havent even flashed ur jtag urself or did anything that could mess it up, unless theres sumtn your not telling us lol
