I'm more of an OCD type when it comes to texting. I hate it when people use "u" and "ur" or "r" and "o" it just bothers me, don't really know about anyone else. I was just trying to make sure I'm not the only one out there that doesn't like it either.

Yeah it can get annoying sometimes. My auto correct doesn't let me do this anyways

Some people choose not to have it on. I thinks it's the greatest blessing on earth. Lol

I don't get why. Texting is faster with it.

I know where your coming from, but for me, as long as I know what they're saying, I have no problem with it.

I just don't like reading the text more than once to be honest.

I agree completely!
I'm 15 so most of my friends think I'm weird for not using 'Text Speak'.

One of my friends in particular text's like this constantly. He will say something like ' Wen u comin out nxt? Wer playin footy 2morrow.

I actually find it a lot harder and longer to read than a normal text....

I am the same way. I even use commas when necessary, apostrophes, and sometimes a semicolon.

Just the way I am.

I'm not bothered about it in texts, but when people make TTG posts using the short version of words annoy me.
